Fast forward to the day of their fishing trip. Mike and his father tried fishing from various places along the shore of the creek, without any luck. Finally, they decided to head upstream and test their luck there. After heading upstream a distance, what had been a pretty uneventful day turned into anything but. Around 2008, tonight’s guest, Julia, went to a friend's house in the country, with her husband and kids. Her friend’s home was by a lake. Not long after arriving everyone was sitting out by the lake, socializing, when Julia noticed something strange in the sky. Back when he was growing up, the Bronx was a much more dangerous place. That danger came in many forms for Chris. Not only did he have to keep a lookout for deviant people who might have been out to rob him or hurt him, but he also had to keep an eye out for other things that most people didn’t realize were around.
